Residents are encouraged to register in advance for their community sessions.

Project Manager, Britney McDonald emphasized the importance of local engagement: “This is a fantastic opportunity for community members to learn about the activities we have planned under the project for 2026, including clean-ups and litter prevention initiatives. We know these communities and the surrounding areas are very active, so we want to ensure our programming is responsive to their needs regarding biodiversity, conservation, and community action.”

The IHO Nature Rangers’ approach is rooted in collaboration. Through this project, residents can contribute ideas, express concerns, and take an active role in maintaining the ecological health of their communities. From reducing litter to protecting vital habitats, the consultations are designed to ensure that project efforts reflect the real needs and aspirations of the people who live there. Residents of all ages are encouraged to participate and share their perspectives.

Thank you to the Parham Primary School and Glanvilles Community Center for hosting this community engagement.
