Police say wanted man was apprehended near Hopper’s Football Field

WANTED SUSPECT TEVIN WILLOCK IN CUSTODY
St. John’s, Antigua and Barbuda Monday, January 12, 2026

Tevin Willock of Green Bay, who was wanted by the police, is now in police custody.
Around 2:00 a.m., on Sunday, a joint team of officers from the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) and Grays Farm Police Station carried out a targeted operation across the Perry Bay area in search of the wanted suspect.
He was later spotted in the vicinity of the Hoppers Football Field, and was apprehended without any incident.
However, the suspect was transported to the Sir Lester Bird Medical Center for medical treatment, as a result of a wound he sustained to his back.
He claimed he was injured by an unknown person while he was running through a yard, in an attempt to evade the police.

Medical officials reported that Willock sustained a wound to the right side of his back, resulting in injuries to his lung. His condition is said to be stable. He remains under police gaurd at the hospital.
The police are continuing investigations into the incident.
