Pharmacy Council to Host Public Consultations on Proposed Pharmacy Bill and Regulations

The Antigua and Barbuda Pharmacy Council, in conjunction with the Chief Parliamentary Council within the Ministry of Legal Affairs, will be hosting consultation sessions on the proposed Pharmacy Bill and Regulations 2026 at the Parliament Building on the 5th and 6th January 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on both days.
The Pharmacy Council is extending an invitation as follows:
Monday 5th January 2026 Morning – Pharmacists – 9am to 12noon
Monday 5th January 2026 Afternoon – Wholesalers, Pharmacy Owners and their Pharmacists – 1pm to 4pm
Tuesday 6th January 2026 Morning – General Public, Government Regulators (Customs, Police, ONDCP, Pesticide Board, Forensic Lab) – 9am to 12noon
Tuesday 6th January 2026 Afternoon – Doctors, Veterinarians, Dentists – 1pm to 4pm.
