Sanjaye Kemar Morgan, a Jamaican man who had previously escaped from the custody of the Immigration Department, has been deported and returned to Jamaica.
Reports indicate that a court order mandated his removal, leading to his placement on a flight to Kingston.
Morgan’s deportation is part of the department’s ongoing efforts to expel non-nationals who have violated local laws. He was originally arrested for failing to regularize his immigration status and briefly escaped custody before being recaptured hours later.
