SERVICE DISRUPTION NOTICE

Sunday, 30 June, 2024

We are currently experiencing a temporary decline in water production due to technical issues at the Crabbs Reverse Osmosis Plant. This may lead to service disruptions or reduced water pressure for some customers.

Our technicians are working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly and safely as possible. We expect the distribution system to be fully pressurized within 24 to 36 hours after restoration.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
