Fellow pupils tribute to Chantel Crump on her old desk at the Five Islands Primary School

From the Principal’s desk

Chantel’s death has left our school community broken. We are hurting because nothing could have prepared us for this. We can never downplay the impact this loss will continue to have on the school, community and nation, for years to come.

Let us take this as an opportunity! Let this be a rallying cry to get back to the fundamental principles that guided us for years. A call for being our neighbour’s keeper. A mandate to “Do unto others what we want done to us.”

Join with us in prayers of consolation as we seek physical and emotional strength; prayers of thanks for the joy Chantel brought us throughout the years. Sleep in peace little angel and rise in glory.

Principal- Mr. Alden R James
