The family of 69-year-old Mr. Wilson Emmanuel can now breathe a sigh of relief as he has been located safe and well.
Mr. Emmanuel, who was reported missing on Sunday morning after last being seen in the Heritage Quay area, was found earlier today by a concerned citizen who recognized him from the media reports.
He was still wearing his blue jogging suit and baseball cap.
