Registration is conducted twice per year in May and November.

This programme is open to all Social Security pensioners and demonstrates the Government’s commitment to supporting senior citizens who have played significant roles in nation building.

Currently there are 6,891 beneficiaries on this programme; 117 of which are in Barbuda. Funding for the SCUSP is provided through the PetroCaribe Initiative and is administered and monitored by PDVCAB.
