A man was relieved of a gold chain during a daylight robbery at his Lower Ottos residence on Monday, in an incident that was caught on camera and widely shared online.
Video footage shows two young men entering the property and approaching the victim while he was outside. One of the suspects appears to threaten him with a knife as both men move in to seize the chain.
The victim attempted to fend off the attackers and held on during a brief struggle, but the chain was eventually taken.
The suspects fled immediately after the robbery, which lasted only a few seconds.
Police are investigating the incident. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Criminal Investigations Department or the nearest police station.
