Salim Browne Donates Medical Supplies to Local Clinics
St. George Antigua June 7th 2025
In a generous act of community service, Salim Browne has donated essential medical supplies to two local clinics, enhancing their capacity to provide quality care to residents.
New Winthropes Clinic received a wheelchair and a supply of alcohol prep pads, while Pigotts Clinic was gifted a wheelchair and a blood pressure monitor. These items are expected to significantly improve patient care, particularly for those with mobility challenges and chronic health conditions.
Representatives from both clinics expressed deep gratitude for the timely contribution. “We are thankful for this donation, which helps us better serve our patients,” said a spokesperson from New Winthropes Clinic. “These tools are more than just equipment they represent a commitment to the health and dignity of our community.”
Salim Browne, known for his active engagement in local development efforts, stated that he was simply doing his part to support frontline healthcare workers and the residents they serve. “Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. If I can help even in a small way, it’s worth it,” Browne shared.
The donated supplies have already been integrated into clinic operations, allowing staff to continue their work with enhanced efficiency and compassion.
