Relocation of Medical Benefits Scheme Customer Service Department
St. John’s, Antigua – 4th March , 2025– The Medical Benefits Scheme (MBS) will be relocating its Customer Service Department, effective Thursday, March 6, 2025. This strategic move is essential to facilitate the ongoing expansion of our service capacity and the continued modernization of our facilities, including upgrades to the Nevis Street Administrative Building.
The Customer Service Department, which facilitates the submission of claims, collection of cheques and request for status/contribution letters, will be relocated to the Roberts & Co. Building, conveniently located directly opposite the former Nevis Street Administrative Building. Appropriate signage has been installed to guide customers to the new office location.
Cashier services will remain accessible on the ground-floor of the MBS Healthcare and Conference Building on Nevis Street.
For continued convenient accessibility, beneficiaries and employers are encouraged to utilise the Nevis Street drop box facility and secure online payment options. Completed contribution forms (R3As) can be submitted electronically to [email protected].
Employers can make secure online payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or through the online platforms of Antigua Commercial Bank, CIBC Caribbean, and Community First Cooperative Credit Union. Employers may also submit completed contribution forms (R3As) and cheques via the Nevis Street drop box. Please note that cash payments cannot be accepted through the drop box.
Beneficiaries may submit claim receipts via the drop-box, ensuring to include their full name, MBS number, contact number, and preferred payment method (EFT, collection, or mail).
