Despite their involvement in prison kitchen operations, their rehabilitation was deemed insufficient.

Senior Prison Officer Lyndon Russell testified about their work, while Prison Superintendent Lt Colonel Trevor Pennyfeather noted Isaiah’s improvement and Kayvin’s recent engagement.

Pennyfeather highlighted limited rehabilitation programs due to financial constraints, emphasizing the prison’s dire state.

Justice Ann-Marie Smith concluded that neither inmate sufficiently engaged in available programs, delaying further review for three years. The defence plans to appeal.CLICK HERE TO JOIN OUR WHATS APP GROUP
