The world’s largest floating bookfair, Logos Hope, is set to return to Antigua and Barbuda from November 5 to 16, 2025, docking at the Nevis Street Pier, St. John’s Cruise Terminal.
The ship’s arrival will mark another opportunity for residents and visitors to explore a vast collection of more than 5,000 books across a wide range of subjects—from science and education to faith, fiction, and family life.
According to organizers, Logos Hope aims to share “knowledge, help, and hope” around the world, offering affordable literature and fostering cross-cultural exchange through its diverse volunteer crew representing over 60 nations.
The official opening ceremony will take place on Wednesday, November 5, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., with boarding beginning at 9:30 a.m..
The ship will welcome visitors Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sundays from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. Entry is 5 XCD per person, with free admission for children under 12 and seniors over 65. Payments for books will be accepted in cash or by credit card.
Organizers note that children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and each adult may supervise up to ten children.
This year’s stop continues Logos Hope’s tradition of promoting literacy, cultural diversity, and community engagement during its Caribbean tour.
