The prospective applicant should:
Have proven integrity, reliability, and possess great capacity in working with Microsoft Office Suite
Be teachable, diligent and motivated team player
Effectively handle inbound / outbound calls
Handle multiple tasks, prioritize and finish each task well.
Perform functions accurately, maintain databases, system records, and update files etc.
Have a driver’s license
Hold a minimum of 5 CXC passes including Mathematics and English
