Guilty Plea Results in $46K Penalty for Drug, Gun, and Ammo Possession

A man, Terrence Williams Jr., was fined $46,000 after admitting to possession of a substantial quantity of drugs, a firearm, and ammunition.

On October 4, Williams Jr. was found with four pounds of marijuana, a Taurus pistol, and 12 rounds of ammunition.

The 31-year-old was spotted by police officers carrying multiple bags near the East Bus Station.

A chase ensued, leading to his discovery in nearby bushes.

A search revealed plastic bags with cannabis-like material and a brown shoulder bag containing a loaded firearm, cash, and mobile phones.

Williams Jr. pleaded guilty to multiple charges, resulting in fines of $30,000 for marijuana possession, $10,000 for firearm possession, and an additional $6,000 for ammunition possession.
