The Central Board of Health has released the following fogging schedule for Antigua from July 15th to July 19th, 2024, as part of their Mosquito Control Program targeting the adult Aedes aegypti mosquito. Fogging operations will commence at 4:30 am and 4:30 pm in the designated areas.
Monday:
4:30 am: Hodges Bay, Blue Waters
4:30 pm: Glanvilles, Seatons
Tuesday:
4:30 am: Halcyon Heights, Flag Staff
4:30 pm: Pares Community, Venons
Wednesday:
4:30 am: Paradise View, Mc. Kinnons
4:30 pm: ARG & Surroundings
Thursday:
4:30 am: Mt. Pleasant, Longfords
4:30 pm: North Sound
Friday:
4:30 am: Cedar Grove, Royal Gardens
Individuals with respiratory illnesses should take necessary precautionary measures.
Motorists are advised to exercise caution during fogging operations.
In case of inclement weather, such as rain or high winds, fogging will be postponed and resume on the next available day until the areas are completed.
Residents are encouraged to prevent mosquito breeding on their premises and to protect themselves from mosquito bites.
