Denris Josiah, 21, remains in custody as his committal hearing is delayed.

Prosecutors stated Wednesday that investigators are still finalizing the case file.

Josiah, charged with the alleged machete killing of Ricaldo Joseph, 23, on March 30, 2024, will have to wait longer to learn if his case will go to the High Court.
