Antigua’s Tyra Fenton Secures Bronze at Carifta Games in Girls’ Under-17 Finals

Tyra Fenton earns bronze at Carifta Games with a time of 54.89 seconds in the Girls’ Under-17 finals, securing Antigua and Barbuda’s second medal. Jamaica’s Nastassia Fletcher took gold in 54.32 seconds. Antigua and Barbuda is represented by 17 athletes at the 51st Carifta Games in Grenada.

Congratulations to Tyra Fenton for bringing home the country’s second medal at the ongoing Carifta Games being held in Grenada. The 13-year-old St. Anthony’s Secondary School (SASS) student won bronze in the Under-17 Girls 400 meters final in a time of 54.89 seconds on Saturday afternoon.
