The air quality is expected to fall to moderate levels due to the presence of particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM10) associated with the twelfth surge of Saharan Dust for 2024. This could elevate the threat of health issues, especially for unusually sensitive individuals, such as asthmatics, potentially causing limited health impacts.

Air Quality Index: 60 to 100Alert Level: II

People with respiratory or heart disease
The elderly

Health Implications:Air quality is generally acceptable; however, there may be moderate health concerns for a very small number of individuals who are unusually sensitive to air pollution.
